My Experience
I have a Masters Degree in Exercise Science, and am an ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist. My expertise and experience are tailored to joint/muscle pain relief, disease intervention, and development of athleticism. I’ve had 1000+ hours of experience within the exercise science discipline from working in physical therapy, to conducting research in the field. Recently, I’ve helped to alleviate nerve impingement, restore movement to an elderly adult, and have guided a client through his completion of a 140.6-mile Ironman triathlon.

About Me
I am driven by a passion for freedom of movement and athleticism. So often we find ourselves unmotivated to achieve a physical goal due to a seemingly immovable road block. We may find that lower back pain is preventing us from playing a sport we love, or that knee pain keeps us from hiking with friends. I, as an exercise physiologist, aim to alleviate those limitations through carefully focused exercise and movement regiments.
