PHILOSOPHY OF FITNESS

THE PLAN OF ACTION

Building a strong foundation is key to your quality of movement both in the gym and out. Our approach will instill confidence and improve your overall well-being.

Posture & Pain Relief

An extremely important stage in the process that aims to fix any imbalances in posture which may be the source of pain or dysfunction. Every muscle serves a purpose, and there are a number of muscles that are neglected due to our lifestyle habits. You wouldn’t build a house on a flawed foundation, therefore we begin by activating underused muscles, correcting poor posture, and improving movement habits. Pain free is the way to be!

Form & Function

Once you’re free of pain and dysfunction, our next goal is to improve quality of movement. We begin by training the muscle groups to properly perform regular daily movements safely and effectively.  Consider it a proactive approach to reducing injury risk. Move right, then move more!

Strength & Performance

No pain, great movement mechanics, what’s next?! Now we build a stronger, more capable you! If your goal is completing an athletic event, training for a sport, wanting to be as flexible as a gymnast, or just wanting to look and feel great in your body, this is the stage in which we make that happen. It is crucial to progress through the previous two stages before beginning here. Even if you exercise and weight lift regularly, without establishing the foundational muscle groups and movement patterns, you will eventually experience pain or dysfunction if you haven’t already. The body must be balanced before being built upon.
